Worst Insurer!!! Cant get hold of their customer service for 4 months

If I could rate it 0 star I would - I have been trying to get hold of the retentions department for the passed 4 months and always get placed on hold for more than an hour! Horrible customer service! Till today I cant get hold of them to cancel my insurance
