WORST INSURANCE I'VE COME ACROSS

My car was bumbed by someone insured with ABSA iderect insurance, they have asked for my particulars and I have sent them everything. They have fixed thier clients car but because I am the third party I have been waiting 3 full months and nothing. When I call I firstly have to wait 45 minutes before my call is answered then I am told to wait even more. I am sick and tired of waiting for nothing I NEED MY CAR. I don't even know if they will be sending me money to fix it myself or if they will fix it. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP PLEASE ITS BEEN WAY TO LONG NOW.
