Worst insurance company in SA

My complaint is with Activate by absa. Useless don't ever join them. My app hasn't worked on all features for a year. They are quick to debit. No service at all, nobody returns calls, call centre lines always busy. I logged a claim but received no help. Please members of the public I advise you to move to reputable companies with a good history. Absa is useless. No return calls at all. Worse company to deal with. A friend who works at absa told me this is the norm, service is bad, they just take and take but don't deliver. Don't be conned by them cancel your policy now
