Worst insurance company ever

After having to fight to have a claim settled for almost 2 months I canceled my insurance policy with absa insurance in November 2024....I have sent emails to cancel...tried to do it on the app the app never works...tried to call them ...they never answer....they again debited my account and I reversed it ...now I get an email that I must make arrangements with them to pay and they will double debit my account as if I owe them money.....they provide the worst service ever but still want to take my money......I have allready taken my bisssness elsewhere wherei will get better service ...I just want my policy canceled period.....
