Worst insurance company ever

I have canceled this insurance policy in November 2024 allready... Wrote emails... Tried calling.... I Eben got an email confirming the policy was canceled... Yet they still debit my account on the 1st Feb 2025.....it costs me money to everytime go to the bank to reverse debit orders from them.... When will this useless insurance company stop *****ing my money.......
