WORST INSURANCE COMPANY

Stay away!!! Worst insurance company I have ever ever dealt with. I lodged a claim 3 weeks ago. I have had absolutely NO feedback, I have had to phone them constantly to find out what’s happening and yet still no one comes back to me. I have a huge glass sliding door that was shattered in the storm which is very dangerous which I have explained to them yet every time I talk to them on the phone (after waiting at least 15 minutes to be helped!!!, they say we will phone you back shortly…it’s now 3 weeks and NOTHING!!!
