Worst Insurance Company

Absa iDirect has got to be one of .. If not the worst Insurance Company in South Africa. Not only are the way over priced but their Customer service is like draining blood from a Stone. They never ever answer their phones and when they do, they drop the call a few minutes into the conversation. Then they don't allow walk in clients at their Main offices in Auckland Park. They never return and email or a call me back so how does one get in touch with them. I will never recommend them
