Worst Insurance

Did not receive the new wording documentation from the insurance. Still had the old wording documentation. When confirmed with the broker send me corresponds that the new wording was sent to me, he did not get back to me hence the new Documentation was not sent. The new wording states Matching of building materials a) When the insured property is repaired, Absa Insurance Company is not obliged to do so exactly or precisely as before the repair, but only as circumstances reasonably allow. b) Where the damaged or lost material is no longer available, Absa Insurance Company will use materials that is according to supplier’s opinion, match the damaged or lost materials as closely as possible. c) Absa Insurance Company will only do this to the part of the structure or room where the loss or damage has occurred. d) Absa Insurance Company will not pay for matching building materials to create an identical effect throughout the building This was not in the old documentation. I did not receive the new wording documentation from Absa or the broker or my management agent. I stay in a complex. I had a structure crack in my bedroom. Tiles was cracked due to the structure crack. I don't have spare tiles and the tiles in my bedroom has been discontinued from the supplies. Absa is using the clause above which was not in the documentation I received from Absa. They only paying for the tiles that are cracked
