Worst ever service

The worst experience ever. Sales person called me with a quotation. I requested this person to call me to confirm the following day. This did not happen. No paperwork forwarded to me as promised. End of month they deduct a unauthorised payment from my bank account. Numerous unanswered phone calls and two unanswered emails later they could not wait to send me a sms that a double payment will be deducted end of this month. This is the worst experience ever with an insurance company. I'm still waiting for a response from them.
