Worst company to take car insurance with

Absa IDirect. Worst car insurance I ever joined. I was insured for the two vehicles without knowing and they chop and change my premium. Its been over two months inquiring about this and all the time I am told they will get back to me, Until this day nothing has been resolved. I call to cancel the insurance no one answers
