Worst car insurance experience I have ever encountered.

1.Issue:3 March23 Firsthelp tow truck scratched my car as they dropped it ,at Silverlakes Panelbeaters Menlyn.

2.Absa insurance doesn't want to take responsibility. And Firsthelp and Silverlakes Panelbeaters are they service providers.

3.I am an Absa client. How they resolve the matter in the background is they backend process.

4.Absa doesn't want to give me a curtesy car. And my expectation is they should give me a curtesy car, due to an over due time frame to resolve the scratche encured on my car by they service provider. Which was not my fault.

5.David a supervisor from SILVERLAKES PANELBEATERS, sent me an email of acknowledgement that Firsthelp tow truck did scratch my car over a pole when they off loaded my car.

6. Every day when I call regardless of evidence, Absa Insurance tells me ,the matter is under investigation.

7.Result of the problem: I don't have a car to travel to work and I can't pick up my daughter from school. My family is suffering becuase Absa Car Insurance lack of compassion and competency to fix the problem or give us a curtesy car ,as they fix the problem on they side due to *********** service provides.
