Worst bank to have a home insurance

I contacted ABSA insurance after the sale of my home to cancel the policy. They informed me that the policy was cancelled and I would not be debited going forward. However, they are continually debiting my account despite my telephonic and email requests with Michael Ford to stop these ******** debits that are still going through my account. What do I have to do so that these debits stop and I get my refund Absa Insurance???
