I would like to give kudos to Wisani Vicki Sambo for going beyond the call of duty. In June 2020 I called the retention department wanting to cancel my policy and she managed to retain me as a client. I called again in November as I wanted to review my 2021 premium and guess what, my call was routed to her and I knew that I will definitely be satisfied with the outcome. I can happily say I still an Absa idirect client. ❤️❤️❤️
