Windscreen repairs

I had problem with absa insurance. I reported windscreen damaged and they approve and give claim number: *** and tell me I should wait for glassfit to contact me. 2 months later, I was involved in car accident and they promise me that they will attend all claims together. I withdraw the case of car accident because absa insurance want to write off my car which was not so bad damaged. I also withdraw payment after the tell me if I withdraw the accident claim, they are not going to cover me. About winscreen they keep on promising that they will fix it because they still own me to repair my windscreen. The car is fine but the problem is winscreen that they have to repair. Can you please assist me with this this case of windscreen because I've been paying those guys before the accident of windscreen and they also promise by giving me claim number.
