What changed on my ABSA iDirect Policy to "de-lync" it from my Home Loan

all of a sudden my ABSA iDirect Insurance Policy is not linked against my active home loan anymore and what is more frustrating is the Vetting department (also ABSA) states that the policy does now not meet the Vetting requirements. I did not change anything on the policy and it has been good enough for 8 years and while i continue making payments. Now all of a sudden it has become a poblem. the one arm is not able to figure out what the other arm is doing
