I would like to commend a gentleman named Wesley for knowing what true customer service is. This season is an extremely busy season for each and every insurance company but Wesley has gone above and beyond on a claim that wasn’t even his. He assisted me in Mbali’s absence and has been extremely friendly and helpful. Called me when he didn’t have to. Wesley, I wish you success. You are an asset to ABSA!!!
