water pipe bursted

good day. this is the worst company to try and get any results or help . i have lodge a claim for busted pipes and no help has come from that . then they send a company with no equipment to do the work and in the mean while i have lost hundreds of liters of water in the meanwhile. yet if i call them its either to late to get anny help or i must call office hours, pethetic service and will shortly remove all our policies and stuuf from ABSA. this is the second time this year with the same problem
