Waste of time insurance!

Disgusting service! 1 month and I am STILL waiting for my claim to be sorted out! Assessors arrive with no tools to assess the job correctly and they do this twice! No ladders no nothing! How do you assess a ceiling if you don't get up in the ceiling and look at it?? Now the internal claims assessor takes their word and rejects a claim??? I've been an Absa client for many years and am truly disappointed in this service!
