Waste of time
On the 12 May 2026 there was a severe storm and we live in Kenwyn 7780. We had a fallen tree in our backyard and it was hanging about to blown either onto the roof and cause damage or break the vibrate between our house and the neighbours and possibly cause damage to the neighbours property. We contacted ABSA insurance and today 21 May 2026 eventually the assessor arrived/ tree guy/ repair whatever his title is. He said unfortunately he will send pictures to the insurance and they will contact us. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY.
