WARNING AGAINST ABSA INSURANC AND INSTANT LIFE

WARNING!!! ABSA INSURANCE AND ALSO INSTANT LIFE IS A BIG ****!!!

I've been a loyal customer for more than 12 years. I've been paying +/- R18000.00 per year for the last 12 years on my building insurance, which accumulates to R216 000.00 paid in total. EXCLUDING ALL BANKING FEES!!! Absa is refusing a R55000.00 claim. Submitted 2 claims, one for heart attack(WHICH HAPPENED) the other for earthquake damage(WHICH ALSO HAPPENED). Heart attack was rejected on a clause in contract. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, ABSA can reject ANY claim with all their clauses in contract. Both were rejected.

I have also confirmed via multiple external Assessors that according to them, ABSA Insurance is one of the worst insurance companies to approve claims!

For reference I have 3 business account, 2 speedpoint , life insurance, building insurance, couple of cheque accounts, 3 bond accounts, and also savings accounts.

ABSA JUST LOST A VERY LOYAL AND GOOD CLIENT, MIGHT I ADD, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE LEAVING ABSA. Thousands of clients are switching to Capitec, FNB, DISCOVORY, NEDBANK, ecT.(Mostly Capitec). I have ground experience and proof to verify this!

Think about how drastically ABSA's branches has reduced since Barkley's left ABSA
