VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA ACTIVATE INSURANCE - DO NOT USE THEM

On the 26th of July 2024 my fiance cancelled his ABSA ACTIVATE insurance via email, Since last year they keep on deducting the premium, He went to the bank today to find out what is going on and they showed him that ABSA Activate never cancelled as we asked them to do, I am already a absa premium member and the car is insured with absa premium and that is the reason why we cancelled the activate one, I want my money back which they deducted for the past year , Proof attached where it was cancelled and we never heard a thing from them
