Very very bad

In 30 July 2019 I joined Absa I direct . July 2022 was my policy anniversary for my cash back, till today 6September 2022 no cashback and all the email was flying up and down and Absa have lots of issues to pay out.today 6 Sep 2022 Yolande Viljoen send me a email advised me will only get my cashback 2 October 2022!!!!!! 2 months later (anniversary July )

She also advised me I submitted a claim ,*** I did not submit a claim in 3 years !!!!!!!
