Very poor service

Yoh Activate by ABSA vehicle insurance, I am disappointed by the service don’t even trust that if I have a claim it will be paid. I’ve been with this insurance from January 2024 the app is forever being maintained but most time not work. I have held over 25 minutes trying to talk to an agent because suddenly the cash back amount is different and it’s not recording trips. Just last week I received a cancellation letter, I’m worried that at the time of need I won’t get hold of them for assistance.
