VERY POOR SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE

I remember I once rated this business as 5 stars but today it isn't even worth 1 star. If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. I cancelled my policy with them due to the following reasons:

1. Consultants hardly ever answer my calls or take me from one department to the next. Imagine being at the site of an accident and trying to get a hold of these consultants! 😱 2. They wanted me to do a vehicle inspection which I had already done in April 2024 and even received a certificate of approval. They stated that I had not done this and it would have a negative effect if I were to claim. 3. Staff seem very confused and do not want you to cancel. They delay the cancellation process.

The experience with this insurance has not been a great one. It has been very stressful and they charge very high premiums!
