Very frustrating dealing with ABSA activate, 2 days in a row I tried calling but the phone rings then gives voice prompts, after making a selection it goes dead after a long time holding the telematics App is malfunctioning only shows trips till the 7th

Very frustrating dealing with ABSA activate, 2 days in a row I tried calling but the phone rings then gives voice prompts, after making a selection it goes dead after a long time holding

the telematics App is malfunctioning only shows trips till the 7th of July, so how can I be comfortable with ABSA, will I be assisted if I have a breakdown or need any assistance for that matter :-(
