Very disappointed

I made a claim for my motorcycle after an accident and everything was submitted and went trough by the assessor on 31st January 2024. He gave it through to the relevant department and up to now no feedback. I call every second day almost and today for the 3rd time had to resend the same documents to a different person because it still shows outstanding. No one replies to my emails. The initial person was Nosipho Nxele but now everytime I have to call just for some kind of follow up, she is unavailable.
