Very bad service

ABSA called me to give me a quote for car insurance. I told them that didn't want it and that I'm happy with my current car insurance. The debit order went off my account and I called them to inform them about this mistake. They still haven't refunded me and still haven't resolved the problem. :( I have called a few times already to follow up.
