I have an insurance which I never took out with Absa iderect and everytime I try to cancel they take time to answer my call more than 2 hours on the phone and mind you it's my airtime that I'm using to phone them to cancel the insurance that I did not sign up for, when they answer my call they keep me pillar to post I don't understand as to why is it so difficult to just cancel the insurance and pay back all the monies that they taking without my consent and they way I wait for them to assist me on the phone clearly shows the kind of service they deliver I would never sign up for anything with Absa iderect.
