Never insure your credit with this ********* company. They changed my credit card statement date without my consent to coincide with when they can charge me more premium. If you pay your outstanding balance way earlier to avoid their nonsense, they delay sending you the statement and since they can’t withhold the statement forever they will send it days later with 0% credit utilization. This 0% utilizations has now dropped and crazy enough I told them that this will happen (on March 26, 2026, 3:21 PM ), their useless and clueless call center agents/consultants were telling me that 0% utilization is good.
