Vehicle insurance

On the 7 Dec 2024 I was involved in an accident at 14:30 i then reported my insurance and open an AR 19/12/2024.I drove a vehicle as it was not far to my cottage the time I drove it’s temperature was normal. The insurance sent a breakdown to my place to toured the vehicle to Vryheid Provincial Panel Beaters.The vehicle stayed in Provincial panel Beaters for a long period more than 30 days. While it was there I went there for 3 times in different days I find my vehicle outside. Two of the days it was raining. I asked the workers why was my vehicle was parked outside. And they told me Every morning they drive the vehicle and parked out of the shelter.They told me the vehicle is drivable every afternoon they drive again and put it inside the shelter because it’s a new car. One of the other day sI found my vehicle unlocked. After more than 30 days Absa Eye Direct Insurance took a vehicle from Vryheid Panel Beaters to EMpangeni Auto Renovators. On the 5 February 2025 I wrote an email to Absa Eye Direct enquiring about my vehicle. On the 6 February during the day I received a call from EMpangeni renovators they told me that they are finished with the Panel Beating the vehicle. But the problem is that the vehicle is having a problem mixing water and oil. They told me that they discovered that after they put it on the machine for examination. I also received a call from the guy who is an assessor of Absa Eye Direct telling me about the mixing of the oil and water. I told him that the workers from Provincial Panel beaters they drove my vehicle during their working days They told me so. Please assist me. The vehicle is still in EMpangeni Renovators waiting for me as the vehicle is having this problem. I am not satisfied about this I think Absa Eye Direct didn’t take care of my car that’s why now I find myself in this problem.My car is Toyota Urban Cruser 2023 model. My vehicle is still at EMpangeni I have been calling the insurance several times but they do not give me a straight answer everyday they tell me that the vehicle still needs to be taken to the machine. When I ask them how did the vehicle mix water and oil they don’t explain to me. I am now stranded without a vehicle, I have taken the courtesy back. I want my vehicle to be fixed.
