Useless service ever

I have never had this kind of useless service from absa insurance. I have sent Mkize Tshepo emails concerning my cancellation of policy.<br> Clearly he has decided to ignore nor acknowledge my emails, I also wonder how the call center operates after holding on for a while speaking to Isaiah,he informed me that Tshepo will be the ONLY agent to assist in cancellation of my policy, like really? and how?<br> You guys need to up your game. Cancel my policy NOW I can't deal. <br>
