Useless service

I called the insurance company more than 6 times trying to get through to the drive me home service but I never got through. They don't answer the calls. You'll always be transferred to either the wrong department or you'll just keep hoping they answer the call. Imagine if you're stuck in the middle of nowhere and it's at night. The insurance is **** yet they deduct money with no hustle monthly.
