Useless Insurance

This is the worst service ever. From the time I received my premium review letter. I tried to contact Absa active numerous times without any success .I would hold on phones for 30 minutes. someone call and not talking heard them talking to collogue. another thing I log a claim no one care to follow up on my claim.
