Useless insurance

Logged a claim on 25 June. Took the assessor 2 weeks to come out. Never heard from them or the insurance again. After several e-mails to the bank, not even a response. Im changing my insurance ASAP. So tired of the useless bank and insurance. Apparently i also have to insurance policies on the same propert.
