useless insurance

My house was flooded on the 1st January 2021 and until today nothing has happened. Phone the contractor and ABSA numerous occasions, mails galore to NO avail, actually no replies. Ridiculous, there is still items to be allocated to a contractor after TWO assessors been at my place, just getting a massive run around. The matter apparently has been escalated a few times, still no solution or even a phone call.

Worst of all its not even we have the same problem every time there is a claim, although this is only the 3rd claim in 14 years.
