Useless!!!
What do you guys even do at ABSA??? 28min for someone to answer a phone!! And this is every single time we call. How difficult can it be to lodge a claim for someone to come and fix a roof! You get your premiums paid every single month so do your job and help paying customers!! My complaints ref number is C-***7 Look it up on the database and you will find the details there.
