Useless

Absolutely pathetic service, I submitted a claim on the 13th of August. The content in the mail was misread from the go. Nowhere in my my mail did I say that the geyser was already fixed... Then arranged with the assesor to come and view the geyser. Phoned him to follow up. Just to hear my claim has been closed and I must reopen one.

Absolutely redicilous service...
