Urgent Follow-Up on Case

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing lack of communication and resolution in relation to my case, C-***2. On 14 July 2025, I was promised in writing that I would receive feedback or some form of resolution by 17 July 2025. Unfortunately, that commitment has not been honoured. Despite my attempts to follow up — including an email sent on Friday, 18 July — I have not received any response. Emails sent to Ms. Nthabiseng Sibande (Specialist Case Manager) have been ignored, and although Ms. Rezona Louw (Special Case Manager: Social Media) appeared to take over the matter, I have still not received any communication or update from her. To add to the frustration, the contact details listed under both managers in previous email correspondence are not functional, which makes it even more difficult to seek assistance or clarity. At this point, I find the lack of urgency and professionalism shown towards resolving this issue to be completely unacceptable. I reiterate that I am expecting my refund, and I strongly urge that this matter be resolved by the end of this week. I trust this will be treated with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.
