UNSUCCESSFUL CAR INSURANCE CANCELLATION

I cancelled my ABSA vehicle insurance on the 30th of March 2026 but to date they are still debiting my account. I have called them numerous times and I keep on getting sent from pilar to post after holding for not less than 10 minutes. I’m not really sure if this is their tactics to charge me on the reversal of the debit orders or not. This is very frustrating
