Unsolved claim
The worse insurance you can have, please don't make the same mistake as we did. My wife have been in a fender bender in Sept, til today the claim is not resolved, they refuse to replace the towbar. They don't respond, only promises are made when we phone them, they don't returns emails or phone calls.
