Unsatisfactory service and ineffective cancellation handling

I am extremely disappointed with Absa Activate’s service. I have been struggling for the past three months to cancel my premium, despite making numerous calls and sending multiple emails. They even confirmed that my premium was cancelled, yet they continued to deduct money from my account. The response time is very slow, and the lack of action and accountability is frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
