I have been trying to get in touch with your team regarding my insurance policy since JANUARY, and despite multiple calls, emails, and even lodging a complaint, I have yet to receive a proper response. It has now been THREE months, and this lack of service is completely unacceptable. Your team does not hesitate to deduct payments, yet when it comes to providing assistance, there is complete silence. I demand an immediate response and resolution to my issue.
