Unreasonable rejection

Poor investigation; they also lie ; they will tell you we appointed an investigator from Johannesburg even if the accident happened in Cape Town and remember that’s a big Bank . My accident was that my rear right wheel came off, who know why and what caused that (isn’t it what we c as lol an accident ); they ended up rejecting my claim and said we think the wheel came off as soon as you hit the highway concrete (by highway concrete , I mean highway concrete dividing the road ) ; but we fetched the wheel long meters away before I heat the concrete;

Prove me wrong by doing your investigation and stop being lazy and reaping me off .
