Unprofessional service

ABSA activate is the worst insurance ever, they give you an app that doesn’t work and they don’t even communicate, I decreased my excess fee through the app and added car hire, when I call they do not answer their calls, now that I have to claim, I am told the information on the app is not accurate I was supposed to call to confirm if they have received the adjustment? What is the purpose of the app? I am very disappointed
