Unprofessional Service

I got a flat tire yesterday did not know what happened to my tire I had to call more than 5 times to be assisted by Idirect. The service was very poor that I had to be asked to be referred to the team leader. It’s very disappointing as I refer people to Idirect and have been a client for more than 3 years. I only got assisted around 00:00 and got home around 05:00 am . I’ve been with AA for a long time and have never experienced such with AA the also bring you a tire just to get you home but Absa I had to wait for ours for the tow truck when the tow truck came I had to wait more as they truck also had some challenges and I had to pay for the truck to take me home
