Unprofessional conduct and abuse of Absa activate car insurance company

Absa should close down their activate car insurance,it's not thoroughly researched to be a car insurance,they are unavailable when you need them,telephonically they keep sending you from pillar to post,they keep your emails on automatic responds machine and never attend your query.They keep taking our money and we not benefiting anything from them as an insurance company,it's like now theft under false pretence because what they sold us is not happening.we been writing countless emails and calling but no fruitful response to no response at all nd it's now a month we been trying to get hold of the insurance company,it's a dilemma
