Unprofessional
Very unprofessional and unavailable to assist clients with incidents and matters. I need to communicate with them about my policy and have been trying to reach them from the 25th of October 2024 till to date with no avail, phones ring unanswered up until the airtime finishes and they don’t respond to emails.
