Unprofessional
This company only wants to eat and no paying bills when the tables turns had a very nasty experience with them..Will give notice to cancel my vehicle and house insurance with them..They always find excuses not to pay and they don't respond on emails either you have to rock up hundreds of airtime moola before you get a hold of someone..I will attach and screenshot with a date and time and still as today no communication from that mail.

03 Jan 2024, 13:112023/03/20 I submitted a claim where my Tv were damaged due to severe weather conditions and it were regarded as accidental loss which I'm not covered for but eventually they paid me a minimum of R2500 not the value of the TV..when I requested what the amount will b if I opted in for accidental cover no one responded on my mail after I requested more than 4 times
