Unpaid cash settlement for pipe and resultant damages.

Feedback for my pipe claims.

So I filled and signed the cash settlement forms on the 26th Nov 2024,to this date I have never received any feedback,when I call trying to find out when to expect payout,no one is picking up the phone.I have sent an email,I only received an acknowledgement of receipt and it ended up there.ABSA will deduct a monthly/annual premium and make you suffer for their services.
