Unhelpful and very poor service

Trying to get a debit order deferred to my bank account. This company is unhelpful, a waste of time and money. Poor service when trying to call client care. Dealt with Neo who put me on hold for a long time before the call ended. Nothing resolved. When you email you just get an automated response with no feedback. Very disappointed.
